This program deploys iPads with translation capability to community organizations supporting our members, to enhance member access to telehealth services while decreasing barriers to health care in the community, and increase health equity by enabling services to be delivered in a language-appropriate and culturally appropriate way. Applications loaded on the iPad include Live Health On-Line Bright Heart Solutions behavioral health services, LiveHealth On-line primary care and some specialty health services, MyAmerigroup.com, FindHelp.org (Aunt Bertha Community Resource Link), Zoom or Teams and LanguageLine audio-visual translation services.
